Spatial Planning in the Banská Bystrica Region
The Law on Spatial Planning and Building Order orders the spatial planning bodies to monitor if territorial-technical, economic or social conditions have not changed based on which the concept of the territory organisation in the territorial-planning documentation has been designed. If the conditions change, the body that ordered the territorial-planning documentation development must order its amendment.
