A series of articles from the field of environmental science we started to publish in 1999 to provide the description of simple experiments and devices to students and teachers of primary and secondary schools. They can use these informations at courses of chemistry, biology, environmental science, etc. Previous parts focused on basic environmental components – water, air and soil. The series continues with tasks from the field of waste management, such as municipal waste collection and disposal, identification and reuse of some wastes, waste impact on the environment, etc.
