The Minister of the Environment of the Slovak Republic Mr. László Miklós speaks about the mission of the International Festival of Films, TV and Video Programmes ENVIROFILM 2000, which is for the second time the part of ENVIROJAR (ENVIRONMENTAL SPRING) organised by the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic. He addresses to the visitors of the Festival, participants and activists of ENVIROJAR 2000 and also to filmmakers. This year not only the Minister but also the Ambassador and the Head of the Delegation of the European Commission 
Mr. Walter Rochel assumed the patronage over the Festival. It proves that the environment has no boundaries and it becomes the unifying factor in Europe.
