The main topic of the 9^th International Festival of Films, TV Programmes and Video Programmes ENVIROFILM 2003 was water in all its forms. For the 9^th time already, film makers, experts, journalists and other people who care for the future of the Earth met in Banská Bystrica, Zvolen and Banská Štiavnica. László Miklós, the Minister of the Environment of the Slovak Republic, welcomes the guests of the festival through Enviromagazín.
