obtains, builds up and keeps information funds of national
and foreign literature and other information sources of a documentary-graphic
character focused on environmental protection and improvement,

creates and builds up databases of national sources in the
framework of the information system of scientific and technical
information. For this activity SEA uses also foreign information
systems and sources.
