ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT of the Slovak Republic
from the 14th of January 1997,
which declares binding part of the territorial plan of large territorial area of Košice region
 

The Government of the Slovak Republic, according to the article 29 par. 2 of the Act No. 50/1976 Coll. on Spatial Planning, and on Building Order (Building Act), in wording of the Act No. 262/1992 Coll. enacts:

 

Article 1

 (1) Binding part of the territorial plan of large territorial area of Košice region is being declared. Spatial allocation of this large territorial area is in the Annex No. 1.

(2) Fundamental principles of arrangement of the area and the limits of its exploitation, established in binding regulations of functional and spatial arrangement of the area, are binding part of territorial plan of large territorial area of Košice region, and they are listed in the Annex No. 2.

 

Article 2
 The documentation for approved territorial plan is stored, and can be viewed, at District Office in Košice, and at the Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic.

 

Article 3

 This Order enters into effectiveness on the day of its declaration.
