of the Slovak National Council

from December 18, 1948

on the Tatra National Park

Amendment: 287/1994 Coll.

The Slovak National Council has resolved this Act:

Article 1

The territory, stated in Annex I of this Act, composes the Tatra National Park (hereafter National Park).

 

The territory, related to the National Park, stated in Annex II of this Act, is under special protection (Article 4 par. 2).

 

The territory, stated in Annex II or its part, can be declared by the Board of Commissioners as a part of the National Park.

 

 

This Act shall enter into force on January 1, 1995; It will be executed by commissioners of agriculture, land reform, education, science and art and after an agreement with the participating members of the Board of Commissioners.
