REGULATION of the Ministry of Culture
of the Slovak Socialist Republic
from December 28, 1973
by which the protected land region of Velká Fatra has been established.

The Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic, after an agreement with the participating state administration bodies, according to Article 10 par. 2 and Article 11of the Slovak National Council Act No. 1/1955 Coll. SNR on the state preservation of nature (hereafter Act), establishes:
Article 1
The protected land region Velká Fatra (hereafter "region") shall be established. It is spread over the territory of four districts of the Central Slovak region, as follows:
In the district of Banská Bystrica in the cadastres of the communities of Harmanec, Staré Hory, Ulanka,
In the district of Dolný Kubín in the cadastre of the community of Kralovany,
In the district of Liptovský Mikulá in the cadastres of the communities of Hubová, Liptovská Osada, Liptovské Revúce, Lubochna, Ruzomberok, Stankovany,
In the district of Martin in the cadastres of the communities of Belá-Dulice, Blatnica, Dolné Jaseno, Horné Jaseno, Folkuová, Konské, Krpelany, Moovce, Necpaly, Nolcovo, Podhradie, Raka, Sklabina, Sklabinský Podzámok, Turcianska tiavnicka, Záhorie.

The protected land region specified in part II. of the Annex to this Regulation shall be established according to Article 11 of the SNR Act No. 1/1955 Coll. SNR.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of announcement.
Act No. 287/1994 Coll. shall enter into force on January 1, 1995.
