REGULATION

of the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic

dated September 22, 1979

which declares the ŠTIAVNICKÉ VRCHY a protected land region

Amendment: 287/1994 Coll.

The Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic according to Article 10 par. 2 and Article 11 of the Slovak National Council (SNR) Act No. 1/1955 Coll. SNR concerning state nature preservation (hereafter "Act"), and on the basis of the agreement with the involved central state institutions, orders:

Article 1

The territory specified in the Annex to this regulation declares the "Štiavnické vrchy" a protected land region.

This regulation shall enter into force on the day of its promulgation.

Act No. 287/1994 Coll. shall enter into force on January 1, 1995.
