REGULATION of the Ministry of Culture

of the Slovak Socialist Republic

from May 23, 1984

by which the protected land region of Kysuce has been established.

Amendment: 287/1994 Coll.

The Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic, after an agreement with the participating state administration bodies, according to Article 10 par. 2 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 1/1955 Coll. SNR on the state preservation of nature (hereafter “Act”), establishes:

Article 1

The protected land region of Kysuce (hereafter "region") shall be established. Its territory is specified in the Annex to this order and is spread over the Central Slovak region on the territory of the following districts:

Cadca on the territories of the communities of Ošcadnica, Krásno nad Kysucou, Zborov nad Bystricou, Klubina, Stará Bystrica, Radôstka, Nová Bystrica, Raková, Olešná, Klokocov, Korna, Turzovka, Vysoká nad Kysucou, Makov, Staškov,

 

Dolný Kubín on the territory of the community Zázrivá,

 

Povazská Bystrica on the territories of the communities of Papradno, Horná Mariková, Dolná Mariková, Lazy pod Makytou, Lysá pod Makytou,

 

Zilina on the territories of the communities of Velké Rovné, Kolárovice, Petrovice, Štiavnik, Lutiše, Horná Tizina, Terchová

 

 

This regulation shall enter into force on the day of announcement.

Act No. 287/1994 Coll. shall enter into force on January 1, 1995.
