REGULATION of the Ministry of Culture

of the Slovak Socialist Republic

from June 24, 1985

by which the protected land region of Ponitrie has been established.

The Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic , according to Article 10 par. 2 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 1/1955 Coll. SNR on the state preservation of nature (hereafter “Act”), after an agreement with the participating state administration bodies establishes:

Article 1

The protected land region Ponitrie (hereafter "region") shall be established. Its territory is specified in the Annex to this regulation.

This regulation shall enter into force on the day of announcement.

Act No. 287/1994 Coll. shall enter into force on January 1, 1995.
