of the Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic

concerning protected kinds of minerals

Amendment: 287/1994 Coll.

The Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic according to Article 10 par. 2 of the Slovak National Council (SNR) Act No. 1/1955 Coll. SNR concerning state nature preservation, and on the basis of the agreement with the involved state institutions, orders:

Article 1

Subject and extent of the amendment

The kinds of minerals which are rare because of their scientific, cultural or aesthetic value are declared as protected (hereafter "protected minerals"). The protected minerals are designated and specified in the Annex to this regulation.

Enforcement

This regulation shall enter into force on November 1, 1986.

Act No. 287/1994 Coll. shall enter into force on January 1, 1995.
