GOVERNMENTAL ORDER

of the Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic

dated January 18, 1988

concerning the National Park of Malá Fatra

The Government of the Slovak Socialist Republic according to Article 10 par. 1 and Article 11 of the Slovak National Council (SNR) Act No. 1/1955 Coll. SNR concerning state nature preservation in wording of the Slovak National Council Act No. 100/1977 Coll. concerning forest management and the state administration of forest management and in wording of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72/1980 Coll. orders:

Article 1

(1) The Malá Fatra National Park (hereafter "National Park") shall be established. Its territory shall be specified in Annex 1 of this order.

(2) To ensure protection of the National Park against disturbing influences from the surroundings a protected range specified in Annex 2 of this decree shall be established.

This order shall enter into force on April 1, 1988.

Act No. 287/1994 Coll. shall enter into force on January 1, 1995.
