concerning the protected land region Záhorie

Amendment: 287/1994 Coll.

The Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic according to Article 10 par. 2 of the Slovak National Council (SNR) Act No. 1/1955 Coll. SNR concerning state nature preservation in wording of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72/1969 concerning some arrangements in the organisation and activities of national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, the Slovak National Council Act No. 100/1977 Coll. concerning forest management and the state administration of forest management and the Slovak National Council Act No. 72/1986 Coll. and on the basis of the agreement with the involved state institutions, orders:

Article 1

The protected land region Záhorie (hereafter "region") shall be established. Its territory is specified in the Annex to this regulation.

This regulation shall enter into force on January 1, 1989.

Act No. 287/1994 Coll. shall enter into force on January 1, 1995.
