Economic Instruments of Air Protection


Economic instruments of the environmental protection are understood as a part of economy management instruments complex leading to effective exploitation of natural resources, pollution reduction and waste generation minimisation.

Expenditures of the Slovak State Environmental Fund (ŠFŽP SR) into the air protection sphere Slovak State Environmental Fund is the main source of financial support of environmental projects. In terms of financial support of various environmental spheres, the air protection is the second biggest sphere where the financial resources were provided.
