The main aim of replacing ODP substances by ecological coolers is minimisation of ODP substances released to the ambient air, maximisation of regenerated substances amount and to force the renewal of the obsolete facilities containing ODP substances.

Action plan suggests the following economical tools that will ensure implementation of defined purposes :
 

	tax allowance for ODP substances recovery
	grants for replacing of the equipment containing the ODP substances, for the substances collection and regeneration, for educational training   courses, research and standards-making activities
	l ow-ratio loans for replacing the equipment containing the ODP substances.
