A renowned author of children literatureMarta Surinova knowns as a magazine editor

came to the Envirofilm. Yesterday she presented her latest bookCHILDREN IN GREEN (published by National Literary Centre Bratislava, 1996) aimed at smallest children. By her endeavour Slnieko, our oldest magazine for children, appealed to its readers:
"Polluted air, contaminated water, soil , dying out animals, woods, ill people ... Enough! Stop all these abuses! And on the contrary, green shines for everybody, who wants to make our environment better."
There was not only her challange, but this book is the proof of that. The book is the selection of what Marta urinov has written for children. J. Zlocha, our Minister of Environment, says in its introduction that if we want to be all delighted in the Sun, be friends with our surroundings, we must know what we can and mustn't do. The book also says about this as her previous books:
  • " Animals and their young ones", 1979
  • " Where animals live", 1984
