The international conference "Protection and Medical Use of Karst Areas" was aimed at the team of experts.The talk was about the cave protection because of the relation to cave use -on the basis of cave monitoring ways out in Slovakia and abroad. The applicable possibilities from the environmental sphere into another spheres were discussed in conference because on the programme there is a discussion about karst areas and their use.
The conference was sponsored by the MInistry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic and Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic. The high standard of the conference was guaranted by the lecturers working in the environmental protection, monitoring environment , as doctors and speleotherapeutists in Slovakia, Ukraine, Slovenia, Russia and the Czech Republic.
