Mr. Director, how long does it take to prepare this festival and how many people are involved in it? |

The preparation lasts a year and it immediately begins after finishing the former festival. The preparatory committee has 15 members and we meet once a month. In the agency there are 10 more people and by the prepartion end the number of people will increase. |

Then, how many people are involved in the festival? |

Now about 40 people are involved, they are working from the morning till the evening to safisfy all visitors. |

Do you take any exceptions to their work? ? |
|
I will value their achievements after the end of the festival. Now, I don't take any exceptions to their work. |

Do you find your duty very stressful? If yes, what do you do to avoid the stress? |
|
I try to avoid it.I don't know any special medicine for it, but I think deep breathing in the fresh air helps. |

Would you say that the festival is developing from year to year? |
|
Of course, this year there are more meetings, we welcomed a lot of significant guests from Slovakia and abroad. We musn't forget our sponsors' outstanding help. I will value the contribution of this year's festival when it ends. |

In despite of being busy, did you have time to see a film or take part in a meeting? |
|
I didn' have much time , but I took part in Green Discussion and I appreciate it. I liked the films of Divers' film festival very much. |
