• Application forms for personal attendance should be sent to the address of the  organizer.
• Participants will obtain information materials during the registration at the Festival and have free entry to the Festival as well as all accompanying events.
• Participants provide for accomodation by a binding order. The costs connected with the stay are covered by the participants themselves.

V. Final Provisions

• The non-awarded titles will be returned to the applicants after 30 July, 1998.
• Application of the title for participation means at the same time consent with the wording of the Festival Guidelines.
